Any entrant into the show will be required to provide their Name and Contact Details (email, telephone or address) so that we, Packington Horticultural Society, are able to notify any show winners of their success for which you, the entrant, provide your consent for us to do so. 

The only personal data Packington Horticultural Society will hold on file will be that collected on the event day of Entrants and Trophy and Medal winners for which consent is always obtained.  Packington Horticultural Society will only contact you in relation to the Annual Packington Horticultural Show.  We will never pass on any of your details to any third party or sell any of your data. 

The only information that will be made public is that of Trophy and Medal Winners and will be displayed on our website in the following way:

We may also use your name and the medal awarded in local press publications and/or in social media for which prior consent is always obtained.
